    Current Situation and Research Direction of Marine Policy for Offshore Photovoltaic Power Generation in Tianjin

    At present,the green and low-carbon industry has received strong support from the state,and offshore photovoltaic power generation,as an emerging industry,is gradually entering the market. Coastal provinces have introduced relevant marine policies,among which Shandong,Zhejiang and other provinces have the most mature policies. Tianjin,a significant city in Bohai Economic Zone,has also introduced relevant policies to support the development of offshore photovoltaic power generation projects. However,these policies still need to be enriched and improved. By analyzing the marine situation and related policies of other coastal provinces and cities,reasonable suggestions are proposed for the formulation of marine policies for offshore photovoltaic power generation in Tianjin.

    Starting from the selection and management of lubricants in oil-consuming enterprises,this paper introduces the physicochemical properties and classification of lubricants,deeply analyzes and explores three common problems in lubricants procurement management:fixed oil brand and model,complex oil types,and decoupling between oil enterprises and manufacturers. Relevant optimization strategies for oil procurement and management are proposed. Taking Bohai Oilfield as an example,the optimization strategies and application results adopted by oil-consuming enterprises based on their own actual situation are further elaborated to provide reference basis for high-quality procurement and management of lubricant in enterprises in the future,improve the quality of equipment lubrication services,reduce operating costs,and promote high-quality development of enterprises.

The main problems in the innovative service system of rural financial institutions in China include:low asset scale,high operating costs,and low profitability of rural financial institutions;The types of rural financial products are single and lack innovation;The environment for the development of rural financial system is poor and services are not in place;The rural financial risk protection system is not perfect. The optimization strategies for the innovative service system of rural financial institutions in China include:implement inclusive finance,strengthen self construction,highlight innovative advantages and improve supporting services.

    The main hazardous substances in the processing of the offshore oil and gas field central platform are natural gas and condensate. Due to limited space on the platform,the layout of process equipment,electrical rooms,and living quarters is relatively compact. The living quarter is the place where platform operators live and work,and lifeboats and helidecks are also arranged on the living quarter. The importance of the living quarter is self-evident. Once oil and gas leaks on the platform,fire or explosion may occur when encountering an ignition source,which has a significant impact on personnel and platform safety. Through fire and explosion analysis,this paper calculates the impact of explosion overpressure on the living quarter,guiding the explosion-proof design of the firewall in the living quarter to ensure the safety of the living quarter.

    Anticorrosive coating can prevent the corrosion of steel structure and increase the service life of steel structure. Due to the influence of various factors,the anticorrosive coating will produce cracks,corrosion,bubbling and spalling,which greatly reduces the protective effect of anticorrosive coating,affects the strength of steel structure equipment,and brings hidden dangers to the safety of production. The coating aging evaluation of offshore platform jacket is very important for structural evaluation. The on-line monitoring technology of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is used to realize the on-line monitoring of coating aging degree by placing probes at key parts,and to predict coating aging degree and maintenance probability in advance,which plays a positive role in improving coating performance and extending the service life of offshore platform.

    In order to improve the design level and respond to national policy requirements,taking the forward construction drawing design process of a sewage treatment plant as an example,based on Revit software,a detailed comparative analysis was conducted on the selection of collaborative platforms,collaborative method planning,software and hardware requirements,view templates,equipment production,data security,and other preliminary preparations. Practice was conducted on how to proofread,provide information,synchronize structural data,and adjust the collision of management and integration during the design process. A forward design process suitable for underground sewage plants is summarized. It is proposed that problem-solving should be the core,and various conditions such as technology,manpower,resources,design cycle,and design fees should be fully considered. On the basis of current technological feasibility,it should be steadily promoted step by step without increasing too much resource investment and changing too many design management processes.

    Analysis of Reasons for Filter Blockage in Wax Oil Hydrogenation Water Injection Pipeline

    Wax oil is a gas-phase reaction product of the hydrogenation unit. Before entering the cold high-pressure separator,it needs to be injected with a mixture of desalinated water and stripping purified water. Due to the overhaul of the device,the pipeline filter in front of the water injection pump is blocked periodically after restart,and the filter needs to be cleaned every 20 days or so. The analysis of the filter blockages shows that the blockages are organic matter. An analysis of the hardness,suspended solids,and bacterial count of the two incoming streams before the water injection buffer tank indicates that the blockages are formed by the proliferation and deposition of a large number of microorganisms. After selecting representative sampling points,the water samples of each sampling point were monitored on site,and the factors affecting microbial growth and reproduction,such as temperature,pH value,COD (chemical oxygen demand),TN (total nitrogen),dissolved oxygen and the number of bacteria in the water were analyzed. Based on the test results,the cause of periodic blockage of the filter was identified.

    The weight control of topsides is more and more strict,and using high-strength secondary beams instead of low-strength secondary beams is a feasible measure to reduce weight,but the effect of the application is often not obvious. According to the structure check codes,the allowable bending stress of commonly used secondary beams is given,and the changes in allowable bending stress after replacing high-strength secondary beams are compared. Suggestions are also made for their application in platform structures.

    With the improvement of the comprehensive ability of oilfield design,construction and installation,the forms and member specifications of main structures such as main legs,diagonal braces and frame beams of offshore platforms in Bohai Bay tend to be serialized and standardized. The conventional offshore platform structure is a forward design carried out after the determination of oil reservoir,process flow,general layout and weight control. If one of the links changes,it is necessary to recalculate,check and even redesign the structure,resulting in repeated work and even an increase in the construction period. The standardized design of the main structure of the platform is to design a series of offshore platform main structure drawing library suitable for different process flows and equipment layouts by studying typical process flows and overall area layout. It can be used together with serialized jackets suitable for different areas of the Bohai Sea,which can cover most of the Bohai Bay area and realize the reuse of the main structure design of offshore platform.

    Application of Eddy Current Internal Inspection Technology in Offshore Oil Pipeline

    The application of eddy current internal inspection technology can effectively evaluate the distribution and depth of defects in offshore oilfield oil pipelines,and provide a data basis for oil pipeline management decisions,which is conducive to formulating targeted management measures and improving the management efficiency of offshore oilfield oil pipelines. Based on eddy current internal inspection data,the distribution and depth of defects in an offshore oil pipeline are systematically analyzed,the remaining strength and remaining life are evaluated,and conclusions and suggestions are provided. The results of field experiments indicate that the accuracy of eddy current internal inspection data is high,which has guiding significance for the integrity management of oil pipelines in offshore oilfields.

    In the southern area of Dagang Oilfield,due to the high salinity and hydrogen sulfide content of the formation water,rod breakage and pipe leakage occur in the production process of oil wells due to corrosion,which seriously affects the normal production of oil wells. Through the analysis of corrosion factors in oil wells and the evaluation of corrosion inhibitors on site,it is found that the optimal corrosion inhibition concentration of imidazoline corrosion inhibitors is 30 mg/L to 160 mg/L,and the dosing cycle can be extended by 1 to 2 days. By optimizing dosing system and prolonging dosing cycle,corrosion control in oil wells is realized and the single-well pump inspection cycle is prolonged.

In order to adopt the non-submarine cable power supply scheme,the platform equipment selection optimization is carried out to reduce the power consumption and system scale to the greatest extent. At the same time,the possibility of new energy power supply methods,namely solar or wind power generation solution is explored. In the end,the overall platform design is simplified,the project investment is reduced,and a new idea is provided for the subsequent development of marginal small gas fields.

    In order to solve the problem that the seawater flow in the heat exchanger is often blocked by shellfish marine organisms during the operation of the natural gas compressor on the offshore platform,resulting in the gradual decline of the heat exchange efficiency,through the analysis,it is proposed to upgrade and transform the natural gas compressor processes. The upgrading and transformation mainly includes:installing a filter at the seawater inlet of the heat exchanger,upgrading the heat exchanger head,installing an electrolytic copper aluminum electrode in the seawater main filter,installing an end flushing pipeline,and so on. This paper mainly analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of installing a filter at the seawater inlet of the heat exchanger,the advantages and disadvantages of installing a main filter and a split filter,and the advantages and disadvantages of replacing the head with a straight-through or quick opening blind plate in the upgrading and transformation. A more suitable scheme is found out,and relatively reasonable suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the stable operation of natural gas compressor on offshore platform in the future.

According to the data characteristics of the panel construction process,this paper uses MySQL database technology to extract and analyze the specific information in the construction process,and uses the Django framework to design a construction data analysis platform with the characteristics of integrating multiple construction management system data,intelligent data processing,etc.,which efficiently integrates more than one million pieces of data generated during the construction,and provides data support for the construction situation control,construction strategy adjustment,etc. The scheme has been successfully applied in LNG construction projects,the effect is good,and it has a certain guiding significance.

The composition and functional realization process of ESD circuits of different electrical equipment in multiple projects in an oilfield are described,and their key role on offshore oil platforms is pointed out. The reliability of several ESD circuits is comprehensively analyzed and compared,and suggestions are put forward to improve the unreliable circuits. This study has guiding significance for the design and selection of ESD circuits in the secondary circuits of electrical equipment.

    Horizontal well has high productivity and good economic benefit. With the continuous development of offshore oilfields,the number of horizontal wells has increased. However,the horizontal wells have problems such as long horizontal sections,inability to be tested through conventional methods,high special testing cost,and low efficiency. Based on the current level of water injection wells in general,a set of layered water injection tools are submitted,and two radial and axis water injection channels are used to achieve water injection in heel or toe section. The inner diameter of the layered water injection string can meet the needs of later testing and measures. Taking well C in BZ Oilfield as an example,a layered water injection string is run into. The results of water absorption test and profile control test indicate that this string can achieve layered water injection in horizontal water injection wells,inhibit the sudden increase of water content in beneficiary wells,delay the natural decline of the oilfield,and thus improve the water flooding effect of the oilfield. It provides an important technical means for the efficient development of horizontal wells in offshore oilfields.

    Practice and Exploration of Formative Evaluation Based on Information Technology —Taking Database System and Application Course as an Example

    In the context of information technology,the establishment of a process-based formative evaluation system to scientifically and reasonably evaluate teaching effectiveness is discussed. Based on information technology,a learning platform is designed,and students from Class 1 to 3,Grade 2021,majoring in “Computer Science and Technology”, Guangdong Technology College,were selected as the experimental group,and students from Class 4 to 6 were selected as the control group. Formative evaluation and summative evaluation were used to compare the learning effects of the two groups of students in “database systems and applications”,and data was recorded. The results show that the total score of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group,the excellent rate is higher than that of the control group,and the failure rate is lower than that of the control group. From the analysis of student learning data records,information-based formative evaluation in teaching can help stimulate learning interest,promote self-study,improve innovative thinking and other abilities,and meet the overall demand for cultivating innovative talents in China.
