Abstract: To implement the spirit of “technological innovation and science popularization are the two wings of innovative development,so science popularization should be looked as same important as the scientific and technological innovation”,it is necessary to strength the coordination ability of home,school,society and government,while grasping the main battlefield of science education at the same time. The characteristics and significant results of the science popularization education model of “one union,three classes,five aims and seven abilities” under the collaborative education model of family,school,society and government in Taida Street are elaborated.
