    Strategy for Introducing Foreign Intelligence Based on New Development Orientation of Tianjin

    “Foreign intelligence” is an indispensable part of the talent team. Combined with the present situation of Tianjin’s economic and social development,this paper puts forward suggestions on introducing foreign intelligence,giving full play to the role of human resources,and making good use of foreign talents. By actively participating in international cooperation and exchange and introducing overseas high-level talents with advanced technology,foreign talents will have a new role in the all-round revitalization of Tianjin to help the development of Tianjin.

    Vector Control of Brushless DC Motor Based on Sliding Mode Control and Optimal Current Vector

    The traditional brushless DC motor has some problems such as obvious startup shaking and large torque ripple. To solve these problems,the space vector pulse width modulation strategy is proposed,and the sliding mode control is used to replace the speed loop PI control,while the optimal current vector is injected into the q-axis current loop. By building the simulation model and analyzing the simulation results,it can be seen that compared with the traditional control strategy,the starting overshoot can be effectively reduced,the commutation torque ripple can be suppressed,and the dynamic response ability can be improved.

    Production Correction of Associated Gas in Offshore Oil Field and Its Significance

    Offshore oil and gas fields generally use oil-gas metering separator to measure the associated gas of oil wells,but the natural gas production measured by this method often ignores the associated gas dissolved in crude oil. The upstream metering results are difficult to truly and effectively reflect the actual associated gas production,and there is a large error with the natural gas production received by the downstream terminal. In this case,the measurement result of associated gas is lower than the actual situation,and it is possible that the mixed transportation pipeline and production and treatment equipment exceed the design without knowing it,which has potential safety hazards. Through literature research,this paper obtains the relationship of natural gas solubility under different pressures and temperatures,calculates the solubility of associated natural gas in crude oil under the operating conditions of oil-gas metering separator,and then obtains the volume of associated natural gas dissolved in crude oil,and corrects the coefficient of associated natural gas production through the calculation results,so as to reflect the actual associated gas production more accurately.

By deploying the next generation firewall,Internet behavior management and core switching equipment at the entrance and exit of the external network through the dual machine hot standby mode,installing EDR on the global network equipment,deploying the security situation awareness platform SIP and security latent threat probe STA in the core network,and adding the log audit system,the stable operation of the network is ensured,the hidden dangers of network security are eliminated,and the network status and security threats are monitored in real time,so as to achieve the purpose of all-round reinforcement of the network.

    Study on Tensile Magnetic Memory Performance of Self-installed Wellhead Offshore Pipeline

    In order to study the variation of magnetic field signals on the surface of X80 steel during the fatigue tensile process of subsea pipelines transporting from self-installed wellhead platform under geomagnetic excitation,the fatigue tensile test of X80 steel samples under different loads was carried out using MTS810 250 fatigue tensile tester. During the experiment,the change of magnetic memory signal on the surface of the tensile samples was monitored by magnetic memory sensor,the fatigue failure of the samples was observed by hand-held microscope,and the fracture surface after fracture was analyzed by SEM. The results show that magnetic memory is sensitive to tensile fatigue damage,and a new testing parameter system of magnetic memory for X80 steel is proposed,in which the connecting line slope of the extremum of tangential signal and tangential gradient signal is taken as the characteristic value,it lays a foundation for the field application of magnetic memory testing method.

In addition,affected by the early development,the oil-water system is also more complex. In order to ensure the reservoir development effect and realize the near-top water-avoidance drilling and maximize the reservoir development benefit,the reservoir knowledge is updated in real time during the operation implementation process. By making full use of the advantages of rotary steerable system and boundary detection tools,the effective control of the well trajectory is achieved,and real-time logging data are obtained,which lays a solid foundation for achieving the long-term,efficient and stable development of heavy oil reservoirs and obtains good economic benefits.

    Optimization and Implementation of Degassing Process for Associated Gas in Water Source Wells on Offshore Platforms

    The water source well of an offshore platform carries a large amount of associated gas during the production process. Since the water treatment system of the platform water source well is not equipped with a degassing device,when the water source well operates at a high frequency,a large amount of associated gas flows into the downstream production equipment. The on-site inclined plate oil skimmer cannot meet the gas treatment and discharge requirements,resulting in partial floor leakage and natural gas overflow from the open-drain breathing port,which brings serious hidden dangers to safety production and also restricts the water supply efficiency of the water source well. It is urgent to study the water treatment process to explore solutions to high gas content in water source wells on offshore platforms. By analyzing the degassing characteristics of the water source well,combined with the existing conditions of the platform,a set of efficient and reliable water source well water degassing device is designed,which realizes the purification of the water source and the recovery of associated natural gas,which provides technical support for the safe and stable operation of the offshore platform. At the same time,the associated gas from the water source well is effectively recovered, creating additional value for the platform.

At present, the cooling water system of oil and gas field platforms in Bohai Sea generally adopts seawater direct cooling technology. In order to deal with the problems of corrosion of equipment and blockage of marine organisms,and improve the stability of cooling water system,a stable and efficient centralized circulating cooling water system is proposed. This paper mainly introduces the design scheme of centralized circulating cooling system and the first application in the development project of a condensate gas field in Bohai Sea,in order to provide reference for the subsequent design of cooling water system for offshore oil and gas field platforms.

    In order to reduce the production loss caused by production shutdown during the cleaning and internal inspection of crude oil storage tanks,an offshore production and storage platform(P platform) uses a leased mobile test production platform(H ship) as a temporary production and storage facility. Through production process optimization and operational risk analysis,the production process and instrument control logic of the P platform and H ship have been upgraded,realizing non-stop production operations. The platform adopts a systematic management method,takes oilfield rescue and escape capabilities,safety and environmental protection requirements,and material supply cycles as constraints,and uses Gantt charts to control the operation process,achieving the completion of all operations 12 days in advance.

    The design and operation of 338.58 kWp photovoltaic power generation system in a small sewage treatment plant is introduced. The photovoltaic module of the distributed photovoltaic power generation system is erected above the active sand filter,chlorine dioxide disinfection tank and hydrolysis acidification tank. Since the grid connected power generation on December 17,2021,the operation has been stable,and the actual daily average power generation capacity is 965.37 kW•h,higher than the predicted daily average power generation capacity(871 kW•h). Compared with thermal power with the same power generation capacity,it is estimated that about 2 861 tons of standard coal can be saved and 7 620 tons of carbon dioxide can be reduced accumulatively in 25 years. The estimated annual income of the project is 296 500 yuan and the static payback period is 5.83 years. The installation of photovoltaic power generation system not only meets the power supply of the sewage treatment plant during the peak period of power consumption,but also controls the massive reproduction of algae to a certain extent,which has good economic and environmental benefits.

    Crude oil export pump is the key equipment of offshore oil production platform. The stable operation of export pump plays an important role in the stable production of oil field. During daily startup and use,it is more and more inconvenient to grasp the degree of startup and monitoring during use because the field and central control cannot view theelectrical parameters of the export pump. From the deep level,the central control of the platform cannot effectively and timely monitor the parameter changes of key and important equipment. There are also hidden dangers in equipment operationand the failure rate of equipment increases. The multi-function meter was selected to transform the medium pressure plate equipment,and the remote transmission and central control display of the electrical parameters of the crude oil export pump was realized, and the problem that the central control cannot view the electrical parameters of the export pump was solved.

    In view of the high humidity and salinity sea air conditions faced by the two GE PGT25+SAC aeroderivative high-efficiency turbines in Bohai Central Platform,the inlet filter has poor filtering effect,which leads to the failure of turbine unit efficiency to achieve the set effect,and increases the filter replacement frequency and maintenance times. This paper discusses how to change the type and rebuild the structure of the inlet filters of two turbines,so as to improve the service efficiency of the turbine unit filters. This method has been applied to large units in many facilities in Bohai Oilfield,and achieved good application practice,achieving good results of improving the efficiency of turbine units and reducing the use cost of the overall filter.

    Field A in southern Bohai Sea is located at the region’s export hub and is responsible for transporting crude oil from all fields in the region and parts of Western Bohai Sea to terminal processing plants. The oil field is equipped with six export pumps,but the production of the new oil field,the measures of the old oil field and tapping the potential of the oil field make the pressure of crude oil transportation increase continuously,which seriously restricts the crude oil production in the whole region. In this case,through a series of studies and tests,drag reducer was injected into the crude oil transportation pipeline of oil field A,and the injection method of drag reducer was optimized and improved, which effectively increased the crude oil transportation volume under the same pipeline pressure,alleviated the transportation pressure,and it ensured the stability of oil transportation. It has certain reference significance for oil transportation of offshore oil fields.

    Tianjin public emergency early warning information release system(TJEWRS)is a very important comprehensive information release system in Tianjin,it is the total export of early warning information release authorized by governments at all levels,and forms a four-level interconnected early warning information release system with the national early warning release system(NEWRS). Baodi District public emergency early warning information release platform(BDEWRP),as the third level of the early warning release system,plays an important role in disaster prevention and mitigation and emergency management in the region under its jurisdiction. However,due to the early construction,the data statistics function is relatively simple,and with the continuous development of early warning release business,it can no longer meet the current data statistics needs. In order to facilitate the statistics of various early warning information release data of BDEWRP,BDEWRP query statistics tool was designed and developed based on TJEWRS database,so as to optimize business data statistics and reduce the workload of business personnel. This paper introduces the design purpose,significance,design idea,process and main query statistics algorithm of BDEWRP query statistics tool.

    The statistical data of four charging pile data collection platforms in Tianjin are given. The data show that the electric quantity distribution of the charging pile has long tail characteristics and power law characteristics of global and local self similarity. It is concluded that a few charging piles at the tail are extremely important and few charging piles at the head are paid attention to. The paper puts forward some suggestions that the distribution of measurement resources should focus on the tail and leave the head,and encourage diversified small-scale technology attempts and mode innovation by taking advantage of the low cost of trial and error at the head.
