Abstract: The quality of the journal is the core of the vitality of the journal,and the review work of the journal is one of the decisive factors of the journal quality. Journal editors should be proficient in discipline norms and corresponding terminology,strictly implement the“three review”system for quality control. Reviewers should strictly follow the reviewing principles while using appropriate reviewing skills,and have a high sense of responsibility to provide quality assurance for journal papers. This paper expounds and analyzes the problems existing in the review work of academic journals,points out the factors those affect the review work of academic journals,and discusses the strategies to improve the quality of review work for academic journals for learning and reference.
