Analysis and evaluation of questionnaire survey data on satisfaction and effectiveness of clinical research literacy training in Tianjin

Abstract: This study evaluated the satisfaction and effectiveness of a clinical research training program in Tianjin through a survey of 685 participants in 2024. Results showed high overall content satisfaction (4.84±0.38),yet a significant educational gradient in content depth;Online training received positive feedback (4.81±0.42),but tertiary hospitals outperformed primary hospitals in interaction ratings;Organizational management and faculty evaluation revealed hierarchical disparities;Training effectiveness was notable,however,the evaluation scores of tertiary hospitals were comprehensively superior to those of primary-level medical institutions (p<0.05). Proposed optimizations include:focusing on the forefront of technologies to boost new vitality;innovating training models to emphasize practical applicability;implementing tiered training programs to address individualized research needs.
