Optimization design of deck plate laying process in offshore platform construction

Abstract: In response to the development status of China’s marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry and the existing issues in the deck plate laying process,solutions for automation,digitization,and intelligent upgrading are proposed. Through the analysis of traditional process flow,it is pointed out that there are issues such as inefficient information transmission,low automation level of gantry cranes,and cumbersome manual transportation of deck plates. On this basis,optimization designs for key process flow are presented,including blueprint analysis,identification positioning,and automated deck plate laying process. By introducing and coordinating automated equipment,the entire deck plate laying process achieves efficient automation.
