Abstract: As a gathering place of innovation resources,there are common problems of low proportion and low enthusiasm of achievement transformation in Chinese universities. In view of the above problems,on the basis of systematically sorting out the relevant policies of the state to promote the transformation of achievements,it is analyzed that there are two major constraints in the transformation of university achievements: the lack of guidance mechanism and the lack of close integration of industry-university-research. Combined with the incentive measures for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in domestic and foreign universities,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for industry colleges and universities to break through the dilemma of achievement transformation,in order to effectively improve the efficiency of the innovation achievements of Chinese universities in serving the development of the industry.
