Abstract: The incubation carrier is an important base for cultivating science and technology start-ups,and the difficulty in financing is the bottleneck restricting their rapid development. The financing situation of incubated enterprises in science and technology business incubators above the provincial level in Jiangsu Province is studied. The main factors that affect the financing of science and technology start-ups are summarized. Effective financing service paths and policy suggestions suitable for incubating science and technology start-ups are proposed from three aspects: improving the science and technology financial service system,enhancing and strengthening the service level of incubation carriers,and cultivating and developing the innovation ability of science and technology enterprises.
