Strategies for Young Editors to Break through Dilemma of Editing Studies

Abstract

Abstract: Editing research is crucial to the growth and development of young editors of scientific journals. This paper discusses and puts forward strategies for young editors of sci-tech journals to break through the dilemma of editing studies from the following aspects：to learn about the latest trends in publishing by participating in academic forums and to focus on research subject areas;to pay attention to the latest cutting-edge trends in publishing and to select relevant hot spots for in-depth research through the annual technology publishing technology trend chart released on the STM website;to persist in writing papers,to analyze the reasons for rejection,and to adjust the research direction.
