Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems existing in emergency management in large public hospitals,such as insufficient emergency material reserves and bed setting,few types of emergency plans,emphasis on theory over practical operation,and lack of awareness of information exchange and coordination. Several countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including rational allocation of materials,optimization of emergency plans,and strengthening of information communication,aiming to comprehensively improve the level of emergency management in hospitals,promote the high-quality development of large public hospitals,and better meet the growing needs of the people for medical and health services.
