Abstract: In 2021,the National Health Commission and the Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine clearly put forward the relevant requirements for building smart hospitals. Personnel file management is the core content of the hospital's smart human resources management,and the digitization and informatization of the management mode is the inevitable product of the construction of a smart hospital. This paper summarizes the shortcomings of the traditional personnel file management mode,elaborates the necessity of the digital construction of personnel files,and proposes specific paths to promote the digital construction of personnel files from establishing the concept of digital construction of personnel files,establishing the digital information management system of personnel files,cultivating professional personnel file digital management talents,and constantly improving the software and hardware level of the digital information management system of personnel files.
