水性中涂漆生产工艺在汽车制造厂油性中涂车间的导入与应用效果

摘要: 阐述了水性中涂漆车体在油性中涂生产车间的导入过程,从立项开始到对水性中涂、油性中涂的技术要求差异对比,再到调整现行设备及对生产后的车体参数确认,并通过干燥炉烧付曲线实验、附着力实验和硬度实验验证了水性中涂在油性生产车间生产的应用效果,为今后水性中涂车体在油性中涂车间生产提供了理论参考依据,通过此方法可大量节省设备改造费及人员对应工时。

Abstract: This paper describes how the water-based intermediate coating car body is introduced into the oil-based intermediate coating workshop,from the initiation of the project to the comparison of the technical requirements of water-based intermediate coating and oil-based intermediate coating,to the adjustment of the current equipment and the confirmation of the car body parameters after production. The application effect of water-based intermediate coating in the oil-based production workshop is verified through the actual test of burning curve of drying furnace,the adhesion test and hardness test. It provides a reference theoretical basis for the future production of water-based intermediate coating car body in oil-based intermediate coating workshop. In addition,this method can save a lot of equipment transformation costs and corresponding man hours.
