摘要: 随着汽车行业的发展,多车型混线生产成为主流,这就要求整车厂必须具备混线生产所需的软硬件条件,硬件方面需要高柔性、对应多车型能力的新设备,软件方面需要不同级别和功能的MES系统。为此阐述了MES系统的导入流程及注意事项,并以一汽丰田某整车厂导入新一代MES系统为例,分析系统的优势与不足,以期推进MES系统更好地运用和发展。

Abstract: With the development of the automobile industry,multi model mixed line production has become the mainstream,which requires that factories must meet the hardware and software conditions of mixed line production. In terms of hardware,new equipment with high flexibility and corresponding multi model capability needs to be introduced. In terms of software,MES systems with different levels and functions need to be introduced. Taking the introduction of a new generation of MES system by a FAW Toyota vehicle factory as an example,the introduction and application of MES system is explained in order to promote the application and development of MES system.
