摘要: 满足客户期待和为客户提供品质精良的汽车是汽车企业质量的生命线。分析了汽车投放市场后的质量现状及未来发展趋势,立足于满足客户需求,以提升市场竞争力作为汽车企业持续发展的根本保障,为在生产制造环节中定向应对区域性、集中性市场抱怨或进行品质跟踪,通过开发定向质量管理系统平台,有针对性地定向开展生产领域品质提升活动和成本改善活动,协助提升售后服务质量和水平,不但提升了产品全局信赖感和竞争力,也为实现汽车行业市场的进一步拓展提供了支撑。

Abstract: Meeting customer expectations and providing customers with high-quality cars are the lifeline for measuring the quality of automotive enterprises. The paper analyzes the current quality situation and future development trends of automobiles after being launched into the market. Based on meeting customer needs and enhancing market competitiveness,it is the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of automobile enterprises. By creating a platform mechanism to meet customer needs and build products that are becoming better,corresponding regional and centralized market complaints or quality tracking are targeted in the production and manufacturing process,and a targeted quality management system platform is established,Targeted quality improvement and cost improvement activities in the production field are carried out to effectively assist in improving the quality and level of after-sales service,enhance the overall trust and competitiveness of products,and achieve further development of the automotive industry and market.
