Abstract: For the editors of academic journals,craftsman spirit is a kind of professional spirit of elaborating and improving academic papers,which is also the key to ensure and improve the quality of academic journals. The cultivation of editors is a long-term process,and should be guided by carrying forward the craftsman spirit,persistently focus on the cultivation of editor professional abilities. From the perspective of craftsman spirit and in combination with the characteristics of academic journal editors,the craftsman spirit is cultivated by creating the atmosphere of loving academic journals,shaping the ability of editing academic journals,and cultivating the spirit of love and dedication,in order to grow into an academic journal editor who meets the requirements of the times.
