Abstract: In order to give full play to the role of university science and technology associations in promoting the development of science popularization in universities,it is even more necessary to explore their positive role and potential in the cultivation of scientific and technological talents in universities. The specific paths of university science and technology associations in carrying out practical activities to improve students’ scientific and technological literacy and practical abilities,broadening the development vision of university talent cultivation,enhancing the appeal of scientific and technological talent cultivation,exploring the positive role of third-party identity to help teaching,and jointly building a talent cultivation platform are analyzed to explore the unique role and significance of university science and technology associations in the construction of university talent cultivation.
