Abstract: This study retrieved literature on dyslexia and eye movement studies from the Web of Science Core Collection and CNKI databases. CiteSpace software was used for bibliometric analysis and review, and visualization methods were used to reveal the research hotspots and development trends in this field from 1998 to 2024. Keyword clustering maps show that domestic research mainly focuses on topics such as children and word segmentation, while international research pays more attention to themes like children, attention, and deficits. Keyword emergence analysis indicates that in recent years, domestic research on neurocognitive fields such as anti-saccade and error monitoring has shown the most significant growth, whereas international research has seen a notable increase in areas including working memory, comprehension, deficits, and performance.
