Abstract: Inventive concept generally refers to the technical improvement ideas proposed by the inventor to solve the technical problems faced during the completion of the invention and creation. When using the “three-step method” for creative evaluation,it is easy to overlook technical issues and effects,only consider technical means,and mechanically compare technical features,resulting in inaccurate creative evaluation. If comprehensive consideration is combined with the inventive concept in the creative evaluation process,it is beneficial to reduce the deviation in creative evaluation.
