Current situation, improvement direction and measures of teaching ability competition in vocational college skills competition

Abstract: As the role of vocational education in China’s education system becomes increasingly prominent,the status of vocational colleges in the national education field has further improved. The current situation of the National Vocational College Skills Teaching Ability Competition from 2021 to 2023 is analyzed,the development trend of the competition is elaborated,and the direction and measures for the improvement of the competition are proposed,which are to continue to promote the implementation of competition-driven teaching;to strengthen school-enterprise with the competition as the platform;to improve the informatization and digitalization level of the competition;and to optimize the allocation of teaching resources and enhance the attractiveness of vocational education.
