Abstract: The construction of recycling system for low-value recyclables is an important and relatively weak link in the current garbage sorting work. By analyzing the construction mode and operation effect of the recyclables system in Xiamen,the implementation basis and guarantee measures for the recycling and utilization of low-value recyclables are summarized. The full-process recycling and utilization system for low-value recyclables established by the city,which includes front-end subdivision and delivery,mid-end classification and transportation,and back-end centralized sorting,can provide reference for the recycling and utilization of low value recyclables in other cities.
