Abstract: The case ontology construction method in the emergency information system is studied to build a unified term dictionary for emergency cases and the relationships and restrictions between terms to improve the efficiency of application cases. The design ideas of emergency information case ontology are analyzed. On this basis,a construction method with event-based ontology as the core is designed. Case instances are constructed and application verification is performed. The results show that the designed case ontology can support the query of knowledge such as event multi-dimensional information and evolution patterns.
