Abstract: The application and effect of digital technology in the Beijing Winter Olympic Games are expounded. The trend of sports digitalization development is analyzed from three aspects: technological development,application services,and industrial process. The challenges faced by sports digitization are analyzed from three aspects：sports digitization infrastructure,digital technology development and application scope,and understanding of digital sports. Suggestions are proposed from key technology research and development,digitization of the sports industry,and business environment,in order to provide reference for the development of digital empowerment of sports in China.
