Abstract: Integrated management and control informatization is an important part of construction of Tianjin Port’s “smart port”,which is of great significance for promoting the modernization of the group’s governance system and governance capacity,and accelerating the building of a world-class port operation group. Research,design and construction of the integrated management and control platform of Tianjin Port Group can consolidate the management structure,improve the management efficiency,maintain the competitiveness,strengthen the risk management and control,satisfy the integrated operation of the group,promote the digital transformation of the group from management digitization to business digitization,implement the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and accelerate a new round of state-owned enterprise reform.
