Abstract: To enhance the influence,dissemination and core competitiveness of scientific and technological journals,it is necessary to explore accurate solicitation paths for scientific and technological journals. It is necessary to give full play to the role of the editorial boards to reverse the shortage of excellent authors and high-quality manuscript sources through accurate solicitation. In addition,bibliometric methods can be used to accurately predict hot keywords. The effectiveness of implementing accurate solicitation in the editorial department is analyzed,and the direction of future development is pointed out.
