Abstract: Tianjin Public Security “Smart Policing” organically combines “smart” technology and policing business,takes big data as the application tool,focuses on the main line of “improving the practical application service ability of police security big data” and continues to promote comprehensive services for integrated social governance. In recent years,Smart Policing has formed an effective integrated practical service approach through the application and exploration of three aspects：empowering the policing mechanism reform,empowering the committees and bureaus and empowering the people’s livelihood enterprises. In the exploration of continuous practice and application,the key data links have been grasped,the supervision and control of data have been strengthened,and the synergy effect has been strengthened,which has greatly improved the efficiency of integrated social governance.
