Abstract: With the rapid development of economic globalization and modern supply chain,port equipment intelligentization has become the development trend of the fourth generation ports. As an important offshore platform material support wharf,the wharf in the CNOOC Base Park undertakes the role of most production and living materials and personnel going to sea on shifts. The construction of soft power such as supply chain,logistics service,intelligentization and informatization can reduce the operation cost for the intelligent operation,management and logistics support production of the oil and gas logistics wharf,thereby improving the operation efficiency and improving the overall safety management level of the wharf. In view of the transformation and upgrading of CNOOC logistics modern ports,this paper expounds the design and application of the Internet of things platform for the wharf in the intelligent park,and focuses on the core framework of the Internet of things platform construction,platform framework construction,data acquisition preprocessing and the basic functions of the platform.
