Abstract: Scientific and technological innovation think tanks are important part of the new think tank system with Chinese characteristics,which is of great significance to improve scientific decision-making ability,improve the efficiency of the innovation system,and promote the modernization of scientific and technological governance. This paper analyzes the situation and objective requirements faced by the construction of scientific and technological innovation think tanks,combs the typical cases of scientific and technological innovation think tanks at home and abroad,studies the experience and practices of relevant provinces,and puts forward suggestions to speed up the construction of scientific and technological innovation think tanks in combination with the strategic decision-making needs of scientific and technological innovation.
