摘要: 随着工业自动化的发展,传统的可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)数据处理方式面临效率与兼容性的双重挑战,为此提出一种基于Node-RED平台将PLC数据转换为JSON格式的方法,通过简化数据处理流程和提高数据互操作性,即可有效支持工业物联网与智慧工厂的数据集成需求。首先分析了传统PLC数据处理的局限性,然后详细描述Node-RED平台的搭建过程和配置步骤,以及OPC协议在数据采集中的应用,最后以实际案例验证了所提方法的实用性和高效性,为PLC数据的优化处理提供了新的技术路径。

Abstract: With the advancement of industrial automation,traditional PLC data processing methods are facing challenges in efficiency and compatibility. This paper presents a method for converting PLC data to JSON format using the Node-RED platform,which simplifies data processing workflows and enhances data interoperability to support the data integration needs of industrial IoT and smart factories. The limitations of traditional PLC data processing are analyzed,the construction process and configuration steps of the Node-RED platform,as well as the application of the OPC protocol in data collection are described. Through case study analysis,the practicality and efficiency of the proposed method are demonstrated,offering a new technological approach to optimize PLC data processing.
