摘要: 随着整车行业电动化转型的不断深入,电动汽车生产成为各个车企重点开展的业务,电动化也给整车厂带来了新的零部件输送挑战。通过调研和归纳整理整车厂内电池搬送方式,分析不同搬送方式设置的前提及优劣势,简述在整车厂内进行电池搬送的可行方案,为后续新能源工厂建设提供方向。

Abstract: With the continuous deepening of the electrification transformation of the vehicle industry,the production of electric vehicles has become a key business for various car companies. Electrification has also brought new challenges to the transportation of parts for vehicle manufacturers,This article investigates and organizes the battery transportation methods in the vehicle factory,analyzes the prerequisites and advantages and disadvantages of each transportation method,and briefly describes the feasible solutions for battery transportation in the vehicle factory,providing design direction for the subsequent construction of new energy factories.
