带水下三通的混输海管反向通球SolidWorks模拟研究与实践成果

Research and practice on reverse pigging of mixed-transport subsea pipeline with underwater tee based on SolidWorks simulation

摘要: 利用海管输送油气是目前海上油田最经济、可靠的一种方式。随着海管投用时间的增长,容易出现腐蚀、杂质沉积、管壁结垢等问题。利用清管球对海管进行内检测,不仅可以有效清除海管内杂质,还可以了解海管内的腐蚀情况。利用SolidWorks软件模拟机械清管器在含有水下三通的海管中的清管过程,结果显示:正向通球不存在卡球风险,球体偏移后能实现自动归正;反向通球存在卡球风险。现场通球作业结果表明:使用泡沫球反向通球时,球体完好,清出杂质15 kg;清管后进出口压差由500 kPa降至110 kPa,效果明显。

Abstract: At present,it is the most economical and reliable way to transport oil and gas by subsea pipeline in offshore oilfield. With the increase of the operation time of the subsea pipeline,problems such as corrosion,impurity deposition and scaling of the pipe wall are easy to occur. The pigging can not only effectively remove the impurities in the subsea pipeline,but also understand the corrosion damage in the subsea pipeline. SolidWorks software is used to simulate the pigging process of the mechanical pig in the subsea pipeline with underwater tees. The results show that forward pigging has no risk of pig sticking,and the pig can automatically realign after deviation,while reverse pigging has risk of pig sticking. The field test results show that the foam pig is intact and 15 kg of impurities are removed when the foam pig is used for reverse pigging. After pigging,the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet decreases from 500 kPa to 110 kPa,and the effect is obvious.
