摘要: 高精度多轴五联动激光加工设备是一种集成多轴联动控制技术和激光切割技术的先进设备,具有高精度、高效率和高品质的优势。该设备通过五轴联动控制,在三维空间内自由移动,可实现任意角度的加工,满足复杂曲面零件的加工需求,提高了生产效率和产品质量。阐述了该设备在航空航天领域的独特优势及其在飞行器零件、发动机叶片等复杂构件精密加工中的应用。

Abstract: High precision multi-axis five linkage laser processing equipment is an advanced processing equipment that integrates multi-axis linkage control technology and laser cutting technology,with the characteristics of high precision,high efficiency,and high quality. This equipment is controlled by five axis linkage and can move freely in three-dimensional space,enabling machining at any angle and meeting the machining needs of complex curved parts,improving production efficiency and product quality. The unique advantages of this equipment in the aerospace field and its application in precision machining of complex components such as aircraft parts and engine blades are elaborated.
