摘要: 近年来,我国新能源快速发展,迫切需要煤电更好地发挥基础性支撑调节作用。由于煤电机组会面临灵活性运行能力考验,频繁调峰、启停调峰将成为常态,燃煤机组将广泛参与电网深度调峰,而机组长期在偏离设计工况下运行往往会给安全生产带来隐患。以某厂300 MW等级湿冷纯凝煤电机组为例,深入分析了电网辅助服务机制给煤电机组安全稳定运行带来的影响及有效的应对措施,以期为参与辅助服务的煤电机组提供可资借鉴的参考经验。

Abstract: In recent years,with the rapid development of new energy in China,there is an urgent need for coal-fired power to enhance its fundamental role in support and regulation. As coal-fired power units will face tests of flexible operation capabilities,frequent peak shaving and start-stop peak shaving will become the norm. Coal-fired power units will widely participate in the deep peak shaving of the power grid,while the long-term operation of the units deviating from the design conditions will bring hidden dangers to safety production. This article takes a 300 MW wet cooled pure condensing coal-fired power unit as an example to deeply analyze the impact of the power grid auxiliary service mechanism on the safe operation of coal-fired power units and effective countermeasures,which has reference significance for the majority of coal-fired power units participating in auxiliary services.
