渤海油田薄弱地层漏失机理及承压堵漏技术研究

摘要: 针对渤海油田薄弱地层钻井过程中普遍存在的井漏问题,分析漏失机理,并开展承压堵漏技术研究。通过地质分析、钻井液特性评价和井壁稳定性研究,揭示漏失发生的内在原因,在此基础上研发一套适用于渤海薄弱地层的承压堵漏技术,并进行现场试验,以验证其有效性。结果表明,该技术能有效封堵漏失通道,提高地层承压能力,可为渤海油田安全钻井提供有力支持。

Abstract: To address the common problem of well leakage during drilling in weak formations in Bohai Oilfield,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the well leakage,and carries out the research of the pressure plugging technology. Through geological analysis,drilling fluid characteristic evaluation and well wall stability study,the internal causes of leakage are revealed. On this basis,a leakage prevention technology suitable for the weak strata in the Bohai Sea is developed,and its effectiveness is verified through field tests. The results show that this technology can effectively block the leakage channel,improve the formation bearing capacity,and provide strong support for safe drilling in Bohai Oilfield.
