摘要: 阐述了保险杠涂装生产特点和工艺特色,对比了在不同曝光度下保险杠基材与喷涂黑色底漆后的灰度值差异,并通过调整环境照度与曝光度实验验证了通过灰度值判定黑色底漆喷涂质量的应用效果,进而介绍了自动检测设备的安装、调试和改进方法,为今后涂装行业自动检测底漆喷涂质量提供了理论参考和实践依据。

Abstract: The production characteristics and process characteristics of bumper painting are described,the differences in the gray values between the bumper substrate and the sprayed black primer under different exposure levels are compared,and the application effect of determining the spraying quality of black primer by gray value is verified by adjusting the ambient illumination and exposure experiment. The installation,debugging and improvement methods of automatic testing equipment are introduced,which provides theoretical reference and practical basis for automatic testing of primer spraying quality in painting industry in the future.
