摘要: 基于人工智能(AI)技术的车辆式样自动检测系统的构成部分和功能包括:AVI(组装车辆指示)系统用于输出车辆编号;PI(防呆装置)终端通过信号网络与所述AVI系统相连接;大屏展示系统通过信号网络与所述PI终端相连接,用于对处理数据进行显示;光栅系统通过信号网络与所述PI终端相连接,用于对车轮位置进行检测。该系统通过了智能相机进行深度检测,实现了车辆式样检查识别的自动化,使品质保证度、生产效率均得到了提升。

Abstract: The components and functions of the AI-based automatic vehicle detection system include:AVI (Assembled Vehicle Indication) system used for outputting vehicle numbers;PI (Pokayoke) terminal connected to the AVI system via a signal network;a large screen display system connected to the PI terminal via a signal network,used for displaying processed data;and a grid system connected to the PI terminal via a signal network,used for detecting the position of the wheels. The system uses intelligent cameras for deep detection,achieving automation in vehicle style inspection and recognition,and improving quality assurance and production efficiency.
