摘要： 随着热冲压成形技术在车身制造中的应用越来越广泛,其使用范围有扩大化的趋势,如何使热冲压成形技术更好地在汽车上应用成了各车企研究的方向。近些年出现的以补丁板技术为首的各种热成形材料的新生产工艺的实现使得工程师在车辆开发时有了更多的选择。

Abstract: With the increasingly widespread application of hot stamping technology in BIW,its application scope of use has a tendency to expand,how to make the hot stamping technology better applied in vehicles has become the research dire-ction of various manufacturers. The realization of new production processes for various hot stamping materials,such as patchwork technology,that have emerged in recent years has given engineers more options to develop BIW.
