变频节能技术在冷水系统节能方面的应用

摘要: 在制造企业的成本构成中,能耗成本占产品制造总成本比例较大,近年来节能新技术不断涌现,降低产品制造过程中的能源消耗正在成为各大制造企业努力的方向。冷冻机是生产过程中能耗较大的设备之一,随着季节、天气、时段不同,冷冻机的负荷差异较大。通过对冷冻机冷却水系统进行变频化技术改造,根据冷水实际负荷量调整冷却水的流量,使冷却水始终在最佳温度状态下运行,不仅保证了冷冻机安全、正常运行,而且得起到了明显的节能降耗效果,特别是在春、秋、冬季,外界环境气温低、冷冻机负荷小的运行工况下,节能效果更为明显。

Abstract: In the cost composition of manufacturing enterprises,the energy consumption cost accounts for a large proportion of the total product manufacturing cost. In recent years,with the continuous emergence of new energy-saving technologies,reducing energy consumption in the product manufacturing process has become an effective means for major manufacturing enterprises to reduce manufacturing costs. The chiller is one of the equipment with large energy consumption in the production process of manufacturing enterprises,With different seasons,weather and time periods,the load of the chiller is quite different. Therefore,through the technical transformation of the frequency conversion of the cooling water system of the chiller,the flow of the cooling water is adjusted according to the actual load of the cold water,so that the cooling water always operates at the best temperature,which not only ensures the safe and normal operation of the chiller,but also has an obvious energy-saving consumption effect,especially in spring,autumn and winter,Under the condition of low temperature and small load,the energy saving effect is more obvious,which has obvious economic and social benefits.
