摘要: 以汽车涂装车间VOC废气处理设备为例,对延缓转轮堵塞的方式方法进行探讨。根据实际使用经验,总结出了延缓转轮堵塞的可行方法:一是从源头减少处理气体中的漆雾含量,条件准许情况下,选用干式循环风处理;二是保证转轮前过滤器的过滤能力,对过滤器的设计和安装提出了建议。该方法为今后汽车涂装及相关领域废气处理设备的维护与使用提供参考依据。

Abstract: Taking the VOC waste gas treatment equipment used in automobile painting workshop as an example,this paper discusses the way to delay the runner blockage. According to the practical experience,the feasible method to delay the runner blockage is summarized. The first is to reduce the paint mist content in the treatment gas from the source,and select dry circulating air treatment if conditions permit. The second is to ensure the capacity of the filter in front of the runner. Suggestions on the design and installation of the filter are put forward. This method provides a reference for the maintenance and use of waste gas treatment equipment in automobile painting and related fields in the future.
