摘要: 建立了离子色谱法-氢氧根淋洗液测定生活饮用水高氯酸盐。采用AS20色谱柱,用离子色谱法进行检测。实验结果:标准曲线的线性相关系数R为0.999 2;方法测定下限为0.005 mg/L;准确度为85.7%~107%;精密度为1.5%~9.3%。该方法操作简便,有较高的稳定性,结果准确,适合用于水中高氯酸盐的检测。

Abstract: A method for the determination of perchlorate in drinking water by ion chromatography-hydroxide eluent was developed. An AS20 column is used for ion chromatography. The linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve is 0.999 2,the lower limit of the method is 0.005 mg/L,the accuracy is 85.7%-107%,and the precision is 1.5%-9.3%. The method is simple,stable,accurate and suitable for the detection of perchlorate in water.
