Abstract: In order to realize the standardized management of offshore high-risk operations of FPSO professional technology companies,taking HYSY 111 FPSO offshore towing as an example,referring to domestic and foreign industry norms and recommended practices,the technical solutions and related management procedures of FPSO towing as well as preventive measures for potential risk points are introduced,so as to minimize or eliminate the risk of FPSO offshore towing work,and provide guidance and reference for future practical work.
