Abstract: HYSY 162 platform is the first mobile test production platform in China and the most complete mobile test production equipment in the world. Due to the characteristics of HYSY 162 platform,such as large variation of test production area,large variation of equipment parameters,little management and operation data,and no precedents of safety production management to follow,it is necessary to combine many years of experience in large-scale equipment management with the actual situation on site to implement the safety production standardization management strategy on the platform,and adapt to the different conditions of oil and gas fields in different regions through continuous innovation and improvement on the site,so as to provide effective methods for the safe production and operation improvement of the platform.
