Abstract: In order to select the best process and process parameters for reliquefaction,and guide the development and selection of key equipment,aiming at the key technology research of marine BOG nitrogen expansion reliquefaction unit,based on the high-efficiency thermodynamic system design scheme,the process flow modeling is carried out by Aspen Plus,and the process parameters are optimized by simulation calculation. The influence of the parameters of each node in the process on the process performance indicators is analyzed,and the results show that the nitrogen regenerator and BOG heat exchanger in the original process are integrated into a multi-stream heat exchanger,and the key parameters of the process are adjusted. The heat exchange performance is better,the equipment cost is lower,and the overall floor space is smaller.
