Abstract: Since the promulgation of the Outline for Building a Powerful IPR Country （2021-2035） and the Opinions on Strengthening IPR Protection,the importance of overseas IPR protection has become increasingly prominent. In order to help the government establish an overseas intellectual property assistance system and enable Chinese enterprises to better “go global”,the existing non-governmental overseas intellectual property protection organizations in China are analyzed and compared,and detailed information is summarized and provided.
