Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of Chinese nation,it plays an important role in the health of the whole nation. English scientific and technological journals of traditional Chinese medicine carry the mission of promoting traditional Chinese medicine culture and scientific research achievements,as well as the mission of telling the world about traditional Chinese medicine. The current national policy attaches great importance to traditional Chinese medicine and its international dissemination. This is a great opportunity for the development of English scientific and technological journals of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the current policies related to traditional Chinese medicine and publishing in China,as well as the current situation of English scientific and technological journals of traditional Chinese medicine,through in-depth consideration of the development of English scientific and technological journals of traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that measures such as establishing a standardized international expression system for unique theories and models of traditional Chinese medicine,building an independent international publishing platform for scientific and technological journals of traditional Chinese medicine,and appropriately adding corresponding English journals according to the classification of disciplines or research directions of traditional Chinese medicine can better promote the development of English scientific and technological journals of traditional Chinese medicine.
