Abstract: The training of clinicians plays an extremely important role in the modern healthcare system. They are not only providers of medical services,but also important participants in medical research. The SWOT theory is applied to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of training clinicians in hospitals,and the opportunities and challenges faced are proposed. It is pointed out that building a talent training model suitable for the high-quality development of hospitals cannot be achieved without in-depth research and analysis. Only by meeting the needs of the times can targeted training programs be established to promote the high-level and efficient development.
