Standardization practice and exploration of fresh e-commerce community group buying: taking Zhaoqing as an example

Abstract: Since the emergence of community group buying,it has brought great convenience to residents. However,the non-standard problems in its development have also had a great impact on consumers’ willingness to participate in community group buying. A survey was conducted on consumers and relevant staff of community group buying in Zhaoqing City,and statistical methods were applied for analysis. To address the deficiencies in the group buying work of fresh e-commerce communities,suggestions are provided to promote standardized management of fresh e-commerce community group buying,with the aim of improving the problems faced by fresh e-commerce community group buying through the development of practical and feasible standards.
