Abstract: The high-standard construction of the Tiankai Higher Education and Technology Innovation Park （Tiankai Park） represents a pivotal step for Tianjin City to execute national strategies of invigorating the country through science and education,strengthening the nation with talent,and propelling development through innovation,as well as to build a hub for scientific and technological innovation. Its construction is of great significance for promoting the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,achieving deep integration of technological innovation with industrial innovation. Also,it serves as a practical pathway to improve the innovation system,enhance the capability of innovation drivers,strengthen regional collaborative innovation,establish new models of industry-university-research collaboration,and accelerate the transformation of urban development models. This paper analyzes the issues in the construction of the science and innovation park service ecosystem. It discusses the practices and explorations of Tiankai Park in building a science and innovation service ecosystem from various dimensions,including government services,science and innovation services,financial services,business services,and knowledge services.
