Abstract: A new manuscript quality evaluation model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） and ID3 decision tree algorithm is proposed for improving the review quality of scientific and technical journals. The evaluation of manuscript quality of scientific and technical journals is a relatively complex systematic project,which is difficult to be analyzed completely by quantitative methods. Therefore,a comprehensive evaluation method based on data mining technology is proposed. A hierarchical analysis model is established through AHP,and the setting of weight values of each index is completed. The ID3 decision tree algorithm in data mining is used to complete the analysis of comprehensive evaluation.
