Overview of HJT solar cell patent technology

Abstract

Abstract: HJT（Heterojunction with Intrinsic Thin layer） solar cells are a type of high-efficiency silicon-based solar cell. This paper retrieves and analyzes the basic landscape of patents in this field from the aspects of application trends,geography,and applicants. By reviewing the technological evolution,the improvements of HJT solar cells in intrinsic passivation layer,doped amorphous silicon layer,electrode layer,and overall structural optimization are introduced,and the existing problems and future research directions are analyzed,providing a reference for relevant researchers.
