Abstract: Higher vocational colleges have good software and hardware conditions for science popularization,and they bear the social service responsibility and obligation of science popularization. However,at present,there are some problems in its science popularization service system,such as lack of support policy,imbalanced allocation of general education resources,binary separation of general education,and insufficient combination with information technology. On how to build the science popularization service system in higher vocational colleges,the construction path of strengthening top-level design,balancing allocation of resources,promoting the integrated development of general education and digital empowerment is proposed in order to provide reference for giving full play to the social function of science popularization service in higher vocational colleges.
